01Core principle
Every answer is grounded in a verified source
CODEXIS AI does not answer from the model’s memory. It finds the relevant passage in verified legal sources, derives the answer from it, and shows the origin of every claim. You click through to a citation and verify it yourself — this is what a typical query looks like:
- Verified sources. Consolidated legislation, case-law collections and expert literature — not the random web.
- Citations on every claim. The number next to a sentence links straight to the § of the statute or a specific ruling.
- Everything traceable. Whatever has no support in a source, the system does not present as certain.
For an indefinite-term flat lease, the notice period is 3 months. It runs from the first day of the calendar month following delivery of the notice to the other party and the notice must be in writing.
