Datify — Digital AI Office | CODEXIS AI Agent

What it is: Datify is an application for running company records such as contracts, assets, vehicle fleets and grants. Its data is stored in collections (agendas) and datasets. The Datify - digitální AI kancelář add-on connects CODEXIS AI Agent to your Datify account: the Agent can then read and edit your collections, datasets and records.

The connection takes three steps: install the add-on, create an access token in Datify, and paste it into the application in the Agent.

1. Install the add-on

Open Add-ons in the left-hand menu.
Use the Search add-ons… box to find the Datify - digitální AI kancelář card in the Data category.
Click Install.

2. Create a token in Datify

For the Agent to reach your data, it needs an access token from your Datify account. You get to the token management from the application in the Agent:

Go to Tools → Applications in the left-hand menu and open the Datify application.
Click the Kde získám token? (Where do I get a token?) link. Token management opens in Datify.

On the Personal access tokens page in Datify, select your workspace in the top right and click Nový token (New token).
Name the token (for example "CODEXIS AI Agent") and click Vytvořit (Create).
Copy the created token right away.

Once you close the dialog, the token cannot be displayed again. Treat it like a password: it has the same permissions as your Datify user account. If you lose it or it leaks, revoke it and create a new one.

3. Paste the token into the application in the Agent

Go back to the Datify application page in the Agent.
Paste the copied token into the Token z Datify (Token from Datify) field.
Click Uložit (Save).

The status in the Připojení (Connection) section switches to Připojeno (Connected) and shows the token in shortened form. The Odebrat (Remove) button disconnects the account at any time.

4. Ask about your data in the chat

From now on you ask the Agent about the contents of Datify in plain language. Open a chat, select the Datify - digitální AI kancelář skill and write for example: "List all the agendas I have under my Datify account."

With the Datify add-on you can:

list collections (agendas) and their datasets;
browse records, sort them and filter them by value;
find out the structure of a dataset including its fields and their types;
create and edit records individually or in bulk;
upload attachments to records or to a dataset and display their metadata and links.

💡 In practice: Ask which contracts expire next month, have details filled into your asset register, or add an attachment to a record without having to open Datify.
