Monitored documents
What it is: Monitored documents track changes in legislation and related documents based on CODEXIS ID — for example, amendments to a specific act or decree. The application checks the monitored topics over time and prepares regular reports on what has changed.
Where to find it: In the left-hand menu under Tools → Applications → Monitored documents.
How to add a topic to monitor
Monitoring is set up through the chat — just write in plain language what you want tracked. For example:
„Monitor changes in the Civil Code" • „Monitor the Labour Code" • „Monitor amendments to the VAT Act"
A newly created topic then appears in the Monitored documents application. (Until you add anything, you'll see the status „No monitored documents".)

How monitoring works
-
Topic overview — for each monitored topic you can see the number of reports, the date of the last check, and a „new" label if a fresh report has been added. You can also full-text search the reports and use the New only toggle to show just the fresh results.
-
Topic detail — once opened, you'll find Notes (the brief specifying exactly what should be tracked; editable and added via + Add) and Reports (a list of individual checks with dates, new ones marked with a New tag). The topic can be removed using the Delete topic button.
-
Report detail — a specific report summarizes what changed in the monitored documents, with links to the affected regulations. Use the Confirm read button to mark the report as read.
💡 In practice: You don't have to keep checking whether an amendment to a monitored regulation has been published — CODEXIS AI notifies you only when something changes.
