Insolvency Watchdog

What it is: The Insolvency Watchdog continuously monitors the Czech insolvency register (ISIR). Add a company (by company ID / IČO) or a person (by name and date of birth) and the watchdog checks daily for new and changed insolvency proceedings. It notifies you of every change — in the app, or with an email summary.

Czech application

The Insolvency Watchdog works with the Czech insolvency register ISIR (isir.justice.cz). It therefore monitors insolvency proceedings conducted in the Czech Republic — companies with a Czech IČO and persons in Czech insolvencies.

1. Install the add-on

The application comes to CODEXIS AI Agent with the Hlídač insolvencí ČR (Czech Insolvency Watchdog) add-on:

  1. Open Add-ons in the left-hand menu.
  2. In the ATLAS GROUP add-ons section, find the Hlídač insolvencí ČR card (or use the Search add-ons… box).
  3. Click Install.

2. Open the application

Once the add-on is installed, go to Tools → Applications in the left-hand menu. In the Hlídač insolvencí ČR section, click the Hlídač insolvencí card.

3. Add a subject to monitor

Until you monitor anything, you'll see the welcome screen saying "You are not monitoring any subjects yet". Click + Add subject.

In the dialog, choose whom to monitor:

  • Company — enter the IČO (Czech company ID, 8 digits, e.g. 04863313). Optionally add a custom label (e.g. "Supplier A") under which the subject appears in the overview.
  • Person — enter the surname, first name, and date of birth.

You can also do it from the chat

You can set up monitoring in a plain conversation as well — for example: "Watch the insolvency of the company with IČO 04863313 and send me a weekly email summary of new and changed proceedings."

4. Track the status of your subjects

The left-hand panel lists all monitored subjects with their status visible at a glance via a colored dot:

  • 🔴 red — the subject has an active insolvency proceeding,
  • 🟢 green — the subject has no insolvency,
  • gray — the proceeding has been closed.

Clicking a subject opens its detail with the Insolvency proceedings, Change history, and VAT tabs. For each proceeding you can see the case reference, the court, the status (e.g. debt relief), the date insolvency was declared, and an Open in ISIR link that takes you straight to the proceeding's detail in the insolvency register.

Use Refresh to check the current status of a single subject, or Refresh all to check all of them at once. Remove a subject with the Remove button.

5. Set up notifications

Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top-right corner. In Insolvency settings, choose how the watchdog alerts you to changes:

  • Email on change — a summary of changes arrives by email; use + Add recipient to add more addresses (e.g. a colleague who handles the agenda with you).
  • Notification center alerts — alerts appear directly in CODEXIS AI Agent.

How often it checks: By default the watchdog checks the register daily. Monitoring runs as an automation, so you can adjust the check frequency in Automations — see chapter 7. Automation.

💡 In practice: Add your key business partners, debtors, or counterparties — and you no longer have to check the insolvency register manually. As soon as a new proceeding appears or the status of an existing one changes, you'll know from the email without even opening CODEXIS AI Agent.
