ONEPOST — Data Boxes

What it is: ONEPOST is an ATLAS GROUP application for working with Czech data boxes. The ONEPOST - datové schránky add-on connects CODEXIS AI Agent to your ONEPOST account: the Agent can then read messages and attachments from your connected data boxes, search them, and prepare and send a data message on your instruction.

The connection takes three steps: install the add-on, generate an API key in ONEPOST, and paste it into the application settings in the Agent.

1. Install the add-on

1. Open Add-ons in the left-hand menu.
2. Use the Search add-ons… box to find the ONEPOST - datové schránky card in the Law category.
3. Click Install.

2. Generate an API key in ONEPOST

For the Agent to reach your data boxes, it needs an API key from your ONEPOST account:

1. Sign in to the ONEPOST application and open your profile.
2. In the Připojené aplikace a služby (Connected applications and services) section, switch on Codexis - AI agent.

3. Choose the permissions the key gives the Agent:
   • Pouze čtení (read only): the Agent reads data boxes, messages and attachments and searches them. It cannot make any changes.
   • Čtení a akce (read and actions): the Agent can additionally perform permitted actions on your behalf. Choose this option only if the Agent should act on your behalf, for example send data messages.

4. Copy the key immediately with the Kopírovat (Copy) button.

3. Paste the key into the application in the Agent

Once the add-on is installed, go to Tools → Applications in the left-hand menu and open the ONEPOST - datové schránky card:

1. Open ONEPOST API klíč. If you haven't generated the key yet, the Otevřít ONEPOST (Open ONEPOST) button takes you straight to ONEPOST.
2. Paste the copied key into the Vložte klíč z ONEPOSTu (Paste the key from ONEPOST) field.
3. Click Uložit a ověřit (Save and verify). The Agent verifies the key right away.

4. Work with data boxes in the chat

From now on you ask the Agent about data messages in plain language. With data boxes the Agent can:

• list your connected data boxes and their folders;
• check for new, unread or recently received messages;
• search messages by subject or text;
• open a message's details: sender, recipient, date, subject and attachments;
• download individual attachments;
• evaluate the content of attachments, including PDF documents;
• create a draft data message with attachments;
• send a prepared draft, but only on your explicit instruction;
• receive current messages from ISDS into ONEPOST.

Without your instruction the Agent sends nothing and never changes the content of already delivered messages.

There is no special procedure: open a regular chat, select the ONEPOST - datové schránky skill and ask in plain language, the Agent understands the instruction. Write for example: "Find all data messages from the tax office from the last week."

💡 In practice: Ask in the morning what's new in your data box, have the attachments of an incoming message summarized, or have a draft reply prepared with attachments. Sending is always confirmed by you.
